Just for fun! Thank you to Jo for this brilliant idea.
Instructions: do it solo, as part of a small (socially-distanced) team or with your household, find all the answers in one run or split it across several. None of the questions have only one answer, so use your creativity, plot a route and just go run!
You have until 3rd January (but remember the lockdown is coming on 28th December, please remember to follow any Welsh government rules and guidelines). Take pictures and post them or your Strava route and what you saw / visited, either in the comments below or on our Facebook page. And most importantly – have fun!
Tips: think of decorations you might see, places in Cardiff you might visit and other landmarks or buildings or a mix of all of these…..
Example: for question 7 I might run past the Hollybush estate and later on my run see the Ivy restaurant. Answer: ‘the Holly and the Ivy’
- A reindeer
- The three kings
- A house covered top to toe in decorations
- The main Christmas tree of a suburb/ village/ town
- A sleigh
- Something you might eat on Christmas day
- The name of a Christmas song or film
- Something or someone from a nativity scene (you can’t re-use answers from q2!)
- Challenge question: Find one of Santa’s reindeers (Rudolph, Prancer etc) – no decorations allowed to be submitted as an answer for this one
- Bonus points: penguins and polar bears (points for each you find)
